No-contact rental, extensive on-line questionnaire, garbage in unit upon arrival, no key to door knob lock, past tenant articles screwed to wall. Sales associate very friendly and respectful and prices reasonable. Maintenance team needs training. Took me almost 2hours to get unit ready to place property into unit.

When I made the reservation the service rep was absolutely fantastic, he was wonderful at explaining everything and helped me fill out the paperwork. However when I arrived at the unit I was very surprised to see that there was no security access gate around the perimeter as I was lead to believe when I created when. I reserved my locker and created a gate access codes. The latch to open the locker is extremely hard to open, and when our friends dropped off more items for me after I'd already headed back home (2 hrs away) they said there was water pooling on the floor. I am crossing my fingers that nothing gets moldy, warped or wrecked.

The units are very big for price. They also have surveillance cameras on the property. Good storage facility. Well worth the money.

Need one in a hurry, and actually ended up having to get two, both units were clean, and we had to speak to someone to find the unit and they were very helpful and nice. also, you made this very easy to rent a unit. thank you!
