The reason I gave 5 stars in most of the categories is because of the patience, professionalism and overall kind demeanor of the property manager, Ariel. The storage space is actually being rented by a senior who is without permanent housing and is on a very fixed income. Ariel told me that discounts are not offered to seniors so she is subject to the regular rate. She was able to take advantage of a special rate going in, but is concerned about upcoming rate increases. She actually moved from one storage company to CubeSmart just to save money. Prayerfully, my friend will be able to move into permanent housing before the rental becomes too exorbitant.

The move-in process was simple and easy. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. The facility is also well kept and clean. I was very impressed and remain impressed with Cube-Smart storage. Kudos Cube-Smart keep up the great work!

Franco, the manager provided good customer service and gave me the 1st month free promotion with standard rates subsequent months. The place is clean and well lit and near main road. The only feedback is to increase the hours of access to the storage facility.
