Site storage and support by the team has been excellent. Again 3 rd time … Recommend to corporate office management once again to add signage with arrows to show directions and exits and elevator locations from internal aisle locations. Standing among all exactly identical walls and pathways can not make it easy to figure out how to evacuate in any emergency.

The credit card I was using for autopay had to be replaced, and I got an email from CubeSmart that my autopay due today had failed. When I was having trouble logging on to change the credit card for my auto payment, I was helped by Kathy. She was very polite, professional, and extremely helpful. She quicky got me online, gave me excellent instructions and helped me to make the payment due today with no fee. We had three units during our move and are down to one now. Throghout the whole process, our experience with CubeSmart in Ashburn, VA has be wonderful. We are so thankful that we found them and decided to use them. Kathy's service today was just one more reason we give CubeSmart a 10+.

So Very nicely maintained and excellent staff at the desk - staff always around doing something - cleaning and checking etc. - the young lady - Cynthia - is very helpful - I would note that signs with arrows and directions for row and aisles and most importantly exit "paths" are needed - walking into an all plain white interior from 3 different locations makes it difficult to walk in the correct path direction - I suggest to review the company policy on directional signs design - to help customers walk less miles and also be more confident of the right exit path in an emergency situation...… Thank you - Richard A S; (Retired Corp Dir of Quality & Customer Satisfaction)
