I was in a bind, moved into a place I hadn't seen, had way too much stuff and movers for a fixed amount of time. After navigating the challenging website to find a location and get my unit reserved, Marisa as this store took over and really expedited the process! Through her efficient and effective management, I was able to see the unit (she had already identified an alternative if my stuff wouldn't fit), complete the paperwork, and get my stuff moved in before my allotted time with the movers expired. Now, a couple days after the deal was done, I got a call from Holly, the Property Manager, to ask if everything was good, could they do anything more to make my experience better, etc. That is Customer Service in my opinion! Highly recommend this team and this location for your storage needs in North Central San Antonio.

Marissa was the representative who assisted us. We are a current customer, and stopped in to rent an additional storage space. Marissa was very helpful, considerate and made us feel like she appreciated us as her customer. After our selection of the storage unit, she was respectful of our time, and within five minutes had prepared all our documents, completed the processing of them and had us on our way. We truly appreciated the professionalism, skill and great customer service she afforded us. She is an exceptional representative of the Public Storage facility.
