Great place to store your stuff safely. The lady who’s always helped me, Chariesse, is super kind and helpful. She is always calm & patient with customers, even when they’re not happy about something. Can I stash my kids here?

Went to drop off items in my unit when we arrived the automatic gate was working fine, but as we got ready to exit the premisses my husband used his mobile app which allows us to open the gate without having to enter the numbers on the keypad but it wouldn't open the gate,so I got out of my car to put in the numbers and nothing a message came back saying see manager,to make a long story short the manager was rood,my husband asked if they were able to push the gate open and she said that they are not allowed to do so. Never the less she had to push it open and let us out ,we waited at least 45 minutes for her to let us out as we were exiting the premisses I kindly said thank you, and we got a YEAH, so I replied how ugly to reply with a YEAH I continued and told the other worker the samething and got a heavy breath like if I were the one who cause it to malfunction.
