I first called to get information about space and prices, Sergio Qureshi was so helpful answering all my questions. I drove down that day and he show me several options that I was considering. He really took the time to make sure I chose the right space. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Informative and efficient staff

I believe service is changing, hospitality is no longer hospitable. With the introduction of social media, businesses are now terrified of the malicious review bandit who will write a terrible review if the mood takes them. I am writing this to say my experience yesterday with Sergio was genuine, warm and hospitable. I did not feel our interaction was to encourage a great review (if it was he deserves an oscar). My wife and I arrived at ESS strictly by coincidence as we left our home with no specific purpose. We saw a self storage facility and thought, we need one of those, lets pop in and check it out. The facility was clean and neutral, no cardboard boxes and packing tape stacked high in the corner. You got the feeling this was a storage fscility without being slapped in the face with the fact. Sergio greeted my wife and I BEFORE we greeted him, this in itself set the interaction off in the right direction. Sergio was very informative and helpful, we told him we were just "window shopping" and he quickly offered to show us a unit. The unit was clean and in a great location. We thanked Sergio and figured we would shop around, the next facility we went to was actually $10 less than what Sergio quoted. The service was terrible however and we got the feeling the rep couldnt wait to get home. We went back to Sergio and reserved our unit. I cannot believe I am writing a review about storage at a service facility but I believe this is truly worth my time and hope that Sergio recieves the attention he deserves for securing a customer with proactive service. Sergio, it was appreciated and you made our day, thank you.

Great location, easy to move in, easy to move out, that saved us a lot of time. Had some small issues with web-site and the app, but customer service and managers are great, so they solved those issues quickly.

Excellent experience. Rental process was smooth, facility is clean, and staff is attentive. Immediate response from Sergio after my online rental with all of the information needed, with immediate access, and never set foot in the door. The excellence extended after the purchase, with a problem of my creation that was handled quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough about Sergio.
