Patricia W. at the Jones Rd. location is everything! I signed up to rent a 10x20 storage online and she returned my call in less than 15 minutes. She walked me through the rest of the rental agreement. I’ve never had so much fun or laughter completing a contract. Before I knew it, I had and access code in my email inbox and we were good to go. I have been renting at extra space storage for a year now and I have had a good experience since I been there with all the employees there and Ms.Patricia the store manager she is so sweet and she is a good manager and does her job well she always helps me in anyway she can and helped me so many of times as well I know that if I ever wanted somewhere to get a storage I know where to come and who to speak to Ms.Patricia the store manager and the employees there are so sweet and respectful and willing to help in any way they can ??
