Moved out and I can definitely say that Derick redeemed himself and helped me get moved out effectively with no issues or raising concerns. Previously Miscommunication was a thing , but it has been rectified since. I’m thankful for your help today and being understanding! ———- (Updated Review) I guess after receiving your money and locking you in to the contract, the ball is in their court. I was away for a month so I had fees on my account that I needed to speak about. I wasn’t happy about the fees, asked for them to be waived and Derick acted as if he had an attitude by being very passive aggressive and also rushing me off the phone. I asked for home office number which he provided, but I got a call later that day from some regional manager to speak with. He waived an additional fee that Derrick claimed he could do nothing about, and I also paid my balance with him being that he treated me with more respect. After I paid, my storage mysteriously went up from 24.00 to 49.99. Neither one of them went over my account correctly with me. Even while offering to pay up my storage no one ever said they fee is going up. As you can see this is a common practice of theirs, get you in and say the “market rates” have went up so therefore they have too as well. Please SAVE your money and business. Do business with a company that doesn’t just reel you in to get the sale but see that you are treated correctly throughout the duration of business. As you can see ALL of the reviews that are rated 1 star are saying the exact same thing about them raising rates after you have all of your belongings stored in. ————————————————- Im thankful for the assistance that I was provided today. They made the process smooth and easy. I was shown to my storage by Derick and he not only provided great services but educated me as well over what I needed to know about my unit. I will definitely do futures business for my other belongings in Missouri.

Specifically chose this site because of the experience I received using it before. No issues then; none now.
