Cheap Storage Units in Cypress at 12906 Fry Rd

Cristina was very helpful. Great service. I had to go get stuff from storage and I couldn't remember my code so I went in the office to get my code and Cristina was on duty and was so helpful. She told me about the app and helped me get it downloaded then showed me how to use it. She was so helpful. Thank you!!

Thank goodness I have home-grown helpers and a school holiday! We are consolidating my staging furniture and items from 2 units into one large unit!!! I trust Public Storage at 9102 Fry Rd to keep everything secure and climate-controlled... 爵️

Pros: In terms of cleanliness, by far this is one of the cleanest storage units that I have ever laid my eyes on. In terms of staff Christopher and Hayley were really cordial, nice to talk too and pleasant to work with. They were honest and to the point Cons: The people at customer care who you call and talk too are rude and obnoxious. What's even more nerve-wracking is the pathetic admin fee they tie into the rental of each unit. So if you take a storage unit they charge you a $25 administrative fee for "processing and paperwork" and once you have a unit if you would like to lease another unit their app navigates you online where you select the storage space you desire and then at payment they charge you with an administrative fee again! WHY???
