Cheap Storage Units in Austin at 1714 E Parmer Ln

I’m in dealing with this storage for quite a while now, but I meet a young man by the name of Michael and Michael is an awesome guy he has very good customer service.

Clean. Stable temperature. Expensive. The price has doubled from 3 years ago when I started. Issues with the log in site are frequent and most annoying is that this location NEVER has carts/buggies, whatever.

They were so helpful. Had to move everything last minute from my apartment. Got the storage unit ready to move in within 15 minutes of me walking in!! Highly recommend!!

Dolores and Sibil have been so helpful and accommodating! While having several hiccups with a transition in our company they have worked with us to properly resolve the issue. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding! HPS

I was a Life Storage customer on Parmer Ln for over a year. Every time I went to my storage the grounds were clean. I love the fact that each person has their own personal code for safety. When I went on 4/23/2023 the lady in the front office was amazing. She helped me out with everything I needed. She was very polite and patient. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone

I have been using this storage facility for over a year, and just today cleaned out my unit. The facility and staff have been terrific. Brian is always on top of everything and has a positive and helpful attitude (even with problematic customers), and always offers helpful information about this business and others in the area.

It very unfortunate that they don't show appreciation in the form of compensation.
