Cheap Storage Units in Austin at 7901 W Highway 71

Good facility. Clean and air conditioned! The only issue is communication is a struggle. I’m always told they documented sending various notices (emails, texts, snail mail) but I never get these notices. They raised rent without notifying me and after an hour on the phone the call center did not care to offer any solution. Luckily the storage center managed reached out and offered a solution to compensate for the lack of notice which I appreciated! Just the process of making it right was a bit taxing. Overall a great place for storage! I recommend going to the office and avoiding the call center if you need help.

The process of reserving/setting up is super easy and Cindy was my right hand helping me along the entire way. I cannot rave enough about the hospitality and service Cindy provides! She has made my moving process so much less stressful—which means a lot!! Been an absolute pleasure to rent here

UPDATE: Changing my stars due to a change in ownership that was a surprise and no longer by the warm husband wife team that welcomed my entry. Then, of course -no surprise- boom ! We are raising the rates! *BWOMP*BWOMP*!! Super friendly, no-nonsense transition from one facility to OHS! Clean, more than enough carts available, ease of service including paperwork, and I feel secure knowing that there is surveillance 24/7.

Nothing but a raving review for Cindy in the front office. I have been renting a unit since it was Oakhill Storage and I thought they were providing good service. Cindy is extremely personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel appreciated and taken care of. 10 out of 10 recommend.
