Cheap Storage Units in Waco at 3501 Flat Rock Road

The location is excellent, when I had a question through texting no one ever replied. But, I eventually had my issue resolved

Finding a large enough storage unit within my budget was surprisingly easy and quick. The Flat Rock location has a variety of options priced lower than most other places, and they typically have a '1st month free' deal. I feel safe being there at night and alone. It's lit up inside and out, and each unit comes with a private gate code so there's a digital record of who's all been there.

Website is a little misleading. 24hr access does not apply to storage units. Other than that it's a great facility with good pricing. I would just like 24hr access to my unit.

Sales and customer service team work with me to adjust my unit. space on move in with no issues.

Love the space everything easy

All good except could not put my lock on back of 10 x 20 unit because of two locks on it already. After I left town I got an email/text that I could remove one of the two locks with a combination. But when I return and put my lock on back of unit, what do I do with your removed combination lock?

The gate code made for easy access, and the surrounding area looks very safe. The concrete floor assures me that it should be free of varmints. I bought a disc lot from your vending machine for $15 but the shaft is too large for my hitch, and there was no way for me to exchange it.
