Cheap Storage Units in Austin at 9814 West Gate Blvd

I have never had a problem with this Public Storage location. They are conveniently located for my business and definitely meet my needs and expectations. Shanna and the other staff are always smiling and helpful. I really appreciate the positive and professional attitude they show. The customer service is awesome, and they give courtesy reminders when payment is late. The price is a bit steep for the space provided, but all in all it's a great place to store all of the things. Pros: Top notch customer service (Shanna), decent security. Cons: Hours of operation restrict those renting here from entering the property after hours. If you rent here, you wont have access to your belongings at all hours of the day.

Rita was very helpful and quick! I was in and done with the paper work in no time and got a good deal on my unit.
