Cheap Storage Units in Houston at 1419 W Gray St

It wasn't what I expected. It was way better!

finally got some customer service , great at that !!!! Had been over to the address twice before after being told that someone was there no one was there and could not get a straight answer on all of it , was very frustrated .

Very good service. I messed up on the web and it all was corrected.

This is a nice clean facility with great customer service.

The staff was very helpful, showing all fees and added costs outright, even before I made it to the store. The location is easy to get to and to navigate. Very clean. Great spot.

On the positive side...Great location for us and clean units, polite staff and was walked to the unit. On the down side... carts don't have locking wheels(and where they elevator is it's on a slope), climate control seems on the warm side, awkward angle to punch in number to exit(especially when we will be using moving truck)..I had to purchase insurance because I didn't have proof with me but was told I could provide and they would cancel...my wife emailed proof and didn't hear back

The unit was exactly as described and Michelle, the location manager, was very friendly and courteous, and explained everything clearly.
