Alisha and Ericka both work in the Cube Smart office, Hickory Valley Rd- Chattanooga. They were both great! Alisha knew that we wanted our unit to be closer to the front office, and before we moved in, she identified a “ move out” that was perfect for us. And Erica was so generous with her time — when we called her back to our unit on move-in day, she was so patient with all of our questions. Two professional and helpful staff members! Alex was great and extremely helpful with setting up my new reservation for a storage unit. moving had me pretty frazzled and exhausted but he took the time to find a unit that best fit my needs, which happened to be a larger unit than I had originally reserved. very helpful and kind. I definitely would recommend Cubesmart and plan on having my storage needs to be met by them.

I spoke to Ryan after I made my reservation and he was super nice. I went a few days early to get the storage because I had to be out of mine by the first.
