The facility is very clean and well maintained. Magen in the office was super friendly & helpful, made sure to meet our needs by calling for paperwork help at other sites when the internet was out. We are very impressed so far.

Came from another storage facility that was way too high in price, rude employees, not a clean place, got to Mini Storage and they have the best deals and super nice employees, the facility was very clean and well taken care of. Haven't had any issues with security or employees or the business. I appreciate the price and knowing that I don't have to worry about my belongings.

The great service started with customer service that took my reservation over the phone. He worked hard to find me a location with pull up access close to me. I wish I could remember his name but he was great. Once at the location Racheal Henry continued the great service. She was efficient and very knowledgeable with the whole process.
