Cheap Storage Units in Aston at 4021 Market Street

Easy to follow instructions on line. We I arrived key and lock were inside unit. Unit was clean. Phone access to gate was a nice feature.

Needed something quick and I got a storage unit the following day. It was priced great

Kirsten, the Public Storage staff that assisted me, used her problem-solving skills the day I came to rent a storage unit. Even though it was her first day on the job, Kirsten was able to arrange for a new hasp on the unit that was available. The existing hasp had rusted to the point that I didn't want the unit if it wasn't replaced. While the existing hasp was still on the unit when I came a few days later to put items in storage (and extremely difficult to open and close, as I anticipated it would be), it was replaced a few days later. I did go to the office to get the extra key that they had on hold (to replace the hasp) but saw that the staff person would not be back for four hours. I will go by again to hopefully get the extra key, but better yet, I should have received a call that it was in the office, ready for me to pick up. With one storage facility pretty much like any other storage facility, I gave this place four stars because of Kirsten and her ability to get things handled.

Clean, easy to rent, courteous employee, great price, since I got the 10 x 30 unit at half-price due to a Labor Day sale, NO other storage company in the area was giving!
