Cheap Storage Units in Portland at 8085 SE 82nd Ave

I have to say that the staff was 100% completely awesome they were super friendly the two people I spoke with and then another man took the time to send me a voicemail just making sure that everything was okay with the storage I actually haven't made it to my storage unit yet to check it out the key is left inside for me so I can't really say about the actual unit itself but pretty much all units are the same cement walls cement floors you know but about the customer service I think it was wonderful and they were very very friendly more friendly than any other storage place I've ever gone to I definitely would recommend them and the prices are also great

We stored a vehicle for 8 months. It was easy to get in and out and the communication with this location is excellent! Easy to speak with someone on the phone. After the car sitting for 8 months there were no issues of any damage or theft. It was well protected.

On site employee was great. Keeps the place clean, remembers your name. Feels like a small business.

Had a medium size 1st floor storage unit here for almost two years. The facility got better in this most recent year and I agree with other reviews currently for cleanliness, ease of access, and availability of carts. The side street where entrance is unfortunately does attract a lot of transitional activity that seems to come and go over time as sweeps are done. I’d only recommend them for short term storage though, specifically due to the heavy rent increases. First rent increase came at ~3 months and was a 60% increase. Two more increases and at moveout I was to be paying over twice the original rate I started at. A quick check to their website at my moveout date showed my same size, ground level unit available for LESS than what I started out paying ~2 years ago. So, be aware.
