Needed a storage unit the same day and went online and found a 10x10 at a very god price. Paid online and received code to get in gate and into our unit. Cart was available for our use and everything went smoothly. After dropping off my 1st load I stopped by office and was greeted and helped with in detail with answers from a few questions I had. She really put my mind at ease and I would recommend this location as a place to go to for your storage needs.

This location seems to be much cleaner than others I have rented from in the past.

I checked with four other rental sites prior to renting with Public Storage. While the other sites were nice they were more expensive and not as close to me. In addition, one site said check our heated units, and when I talked to the fill in manager, he did not if they even had any at this location. The public storage agent I rented with was nice, and concerned with showing me the unit I rented, She even called me after I had put some items in storage and said I had not locked my unit, how many managers check the locks. I was very happy she called me.

I feel like i was helped in a timely manner. Very good customer service. I was shown the property and my unit. The employee did his job.
