Both units have been clean upon renting and my belongings have remained dry while being stored providing me with the comfort that my stored items won't be damaged by water from the unit leaking when it rains. Storage unit was great. You need to inform people on the screen when you give a code, that you * first and # last. So they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get locked in or out. But your customer service person was very sweet and helpful.
