What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.
What is an onsite storage manager?
The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.
What is extended hours?
Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.
What is keypad access?
A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

The staff was amazing. It was easy and convenient. The usage of the truck was a major bonus
I would recommend anyone that need storage go to Cube Smart. I went to another storage place and the young lady there had the worst attitude. I gave her a few choice words left there and went to Cube Smart the first one I went to the Gentlemen told me that all his units were heated and air conditioned. ( I did not need that). Well he called another Cube Smart close by. He told me it would be cheaper and they would take care of me.They did just that a young man by the name of Jimmy took care of me. He was a very pleasant young man, he explained everything showed me around paid for the unit quick and easy.... so if you need a spot to store your stuff go to cube smart...
Office hours need to be increased with more payment options.
We have had this unite for several years (since 2009). Always clean, well lit and dry facility.

I am simply amazed how helpful the staff at CubeSmart is. I was so afraid of moving, but the man that moved me in to my storage room was just so helpful. He really set my mind at ease. I was amazed how clean the place looked as well. Great job guys!!!!!
It's a storage unit. More than I'd like to pay since it started out under $100 now it's more that $100. Don't appreciate that since they aren't doing anything more than signing you in and locking the gate. Units are small but adequate. I have a 10x10. Would have preferred a 30 but too much to just park belongings.
