Cheap Storage Units in Columbus at 900 Urlin Ave

4.5/5: the servive is top notch and helped at every step of the way. The number one selling point is the ease and quality of the working with the employees of this company. If there were options to "price lock" so there wasn't annual hikes(based on surrounding competitor's rates) and if the units were more sealed (I did not pay for climate control, but didn't expect as many seeds and leaves to get in to my unit as they did) I would be able to give a 5/5. Overall, for signing on price and customer service, it's a no brainer to do storage through this company.

I was from out of town and needed assistance to set up my account. The supervisor and staff were excellent: responsive, efficient and pleasant. Thank you.

They were pretty easy to work with, and everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and professional. I think there may have been a discount for the first month of renting but I can't recall. The door would sometimes get a little stuck but with some force would open. We paid for a lock to keep our stuff safe, and it was in a convenient location to help with our moving situation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.
