Cheap Storage Units in Cincinnati at 2900 Disney St

I went to public storage because my last storage facility over charged me and was very rude. Since coming here I’ve been met with great customer service from her. I want to thank her for making the move a smooth transition. I wouldn’t take my personal belongings anywhere else but here. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continuing to do for me.

Shoutout to Jenna! I visited Public Storage to check out sizes of 2 units before I made the decision to rent. Once I paid for the unit, I wanted to change it to a bigger unit. I called the location about this and got Jenna, who just so happened to be the woman that showed me the units. Jenna has been great throughout my decision making and very accommodating. She has Excellent customer service skills and she’s very personable. I pray she receives everything she wants and needs. Yep, she’s that good. Also, if the door is locked during business hours, maybe the staff is away from their desk assisting other customers. Have some patience.
