Cheap Storage Units in Woodhaven at 9834 Jamaica Ave

Great hours and facility is always clean. No complaints here.

The front desk representative was very helpful in showing me the different units as well as describing the different prices for each. When I forgot my access information, he had no issue in assisting me. If there was something thing I’d like from this facility, it would be if they could add trash cans either by the elevators on each floor or downstairs. Also, one of the keypads makes you enter the code twice just to open the door, that could be inconvenient when carrying heavy items.

Entrance to the storage facility requires a password only. A well-intending gentleman let me in, which could be interpreted as a security issue, I guess. I haven't checked for security cameras, etc., but since the units aren't transparent, a burglar would have to know which unit has valuables, if he didn't want to waste time cracking open one unit after the other to find something worthwhile. All in all, I am not worried about my stuff. I didn't see any signs of water damage or other signs that indicate that stored items are at risk from climate.
