Cheap Storage Units in North Syracuse at 5624 Bear Road

I showed up just before closing due to work schedule and the girl at the desk was very kind. She checked me in quickly and made sure all of my questions were answered. The space was easy to find and very clean. It is the perfect size for my storage needs.

The store was supposed to be open 8-2. I got there at 8:05 and the store was closed and no one was around. The employee did not show up till 8:30. I also was never told about the $25 administrative fee until I went into pay for my unit. The employee had told me that I should have been told about the fee when they called to confirm my move in date. The customer service at this store needs some definite improvement.

The employees at this facility really helped me out. I was in a hurry making last minute arrangements for a sick family member. They did everything they could to get my storage space set and get the contract and lock/keys to me. The space was clean and very convenient.

I would recommend Store America on Bear Road to anyone that need a safe clean storage unit. The customer service is outstanding because Joanne goes out of her way to make sure all your storage needs are met.

Friendly and helpful. Easy process from start to finish. Clean units and nice property. Will send friends and family there.

I just recently switched over to Storage America and I have so much gratitude for the help I have received, as they have been so wonderful answering any questions or concerns I had. I have been disappointed in the past with storage businesses and how they speak to their clients so I am more than grateful to have a great relationship with the wonderful staff here.. very refreshing! I spoke with Tim and Joann since being here and they are both so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly environment. Support local!!
