I love this location, had questions and concerns staff Kachelle was hands on, she knows her job well and is very nice and respectful to my needs and questions I had. I definitely will be renting at Mott street 珞

So I really had to think about this review. Because the staff and cleanliness of this facility makes this place an easy 5 star. But the biggest problem with this location is the hours. If they decide to change it back to pre covid hours when it was 8am to 8pm, this review would change back to a 5 star easy.
