Cheap Storage Units in Brooklyn at 2461 Knapp Street

Hands down, the Knapp Street Public Storage deserves more than 5 stars. Exceptional customer service, great staff, clean facility, convenient location! I will name names: Shevonne and Kim provided outstanding customer service. They are very professional while sensitive to a customer's needs. They provided a creative solution as I was trying to move all my items out of storage (large and bulky items) in a short time. What a pleasure to work with smart and understanding ladies. I highly recommend this facility and the staff make it the only place I will store. Thanks for everything.

I had a unit for awhile now and recently I lost my job. I was paying late and the late fee were killing me. Harry gave me a courtesy call reminding about Nov.'s bill and I told him that I would be paying late again. He was so kind as to ask me if my unit was full. I said no and he offered me that they had a smaller unit which I never knew that. I went on 11/4/13 and he was a great help. Harry was so understanding and helpful he was also patience with me and with all the questions I had. Katiria was awesome as well. Harry and Katiria deserve a raise. :-) Thank you guys for helping me with my need.

Came into storage last week, I work in the area, I called to find out prices, I was convinced to come in on my lunch break. I was only able to see the storage because my break was almost over. Harry was able to hold the storage for me, he said it was the last one. I came right back after and he had it waiting for me with my lock and all paper work ready to fill out. Shevonne helped him complete all my paper work to make it faster because they was closing. That was good team work. I like the late access hours at this place. They get a high five :)

This place is nice clean and safe and staff is very friendly especially Katiria the manager she makes sure things are done right and efficiently with a smile. Prices are a bit high but overall I'm satisfied. Perfect storage spot. Always parking space unlike other storage places where you have to fight for parking.

Today I went into the office to pay my bill. The computers was not working properly. Both Harry & Shevonne did their very best to accommodate me professionally. They have earned my highest esteem. And yes they managed to bring the computers back online.

Been to storage places before and always hated it. Came into public storage on Knapp St and this place is super clean and very secured. The best part about this storage is the employees, nothing but smiles. Harry was my rep and he gave me the best price possible, loved his service, 5 starz. Shevonne was his coworker and she seemed very nice and was professional on the phone with the calls she was making.
