It's okay. Creepy at night. Large building. Security Cameras? Really, all and all, the business and place itself are run well and do keep on top of other issues. The place is kept overly clean. And I like that they have large carts (4) available . UPDATE: Juan has always been polite, efficient and professional. Very easy to talk with. And has been able to easily handle the problems or concerns I've given him. Always courteous. Much appreciated!

This place is always so clean and it feels like my stuff is safe! I’ve rented othe places and this facility is well kept. I recently had an issue with understanding my contract and the manager at the Rancho location, Juan, really went the extra mile to help me. He explained everything and was SO professional. Bottom line, I didn’t read my contract well and was misinformed by another representative. Juan took the time to explain everything, was gracious about it and investigated the misinformation. He got back to me sooner than promised. (Life lesson: read your contracts thoroughly - don’t take someone’s word for it -,saves a lot of misunderstandings ) I don’t like that my rent increased - but Juan helped make it less painful. Be aware: All storage places raise rents when they want to - the contracts and the laws do NOT favor the renter. At another storage place they nearly tripled my rent over time. This time my rent doubled! ?? They all do it. Lock in your rate by paying in advance if you can. I gave to 5 star because of Juan. I’d give a 2 star if it was about my rent!
