Cheap Storage Units in Santa Fe at 7612 Baca Ln

Great customer service at the branch I went to.

Hector was a great help! Came in 20 minutes before closing and was very knowledgeable/aware of which units were open and which ones were to to open Monday morning. Giving me piece of mind.

Very polite and helpful. Dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Update: I did communicate with management at the storage unit. They are very reasonable. And although the unit will eventually get too expensive for us, it's worth a try to talk to the staff. I really want to give this place 5 stars. The location is ok. The facility is secure, clean and the staff are helpful. Unfortunately the price isn't. They start you off well to get you hooked. We started at $50 ish a couple years ago and the increases have been gradual over time. But this year alone it has gone up $10 every few months and now we are up to $104 for a small unit. There seems to be no consistency when it comes to increases. At this rate, we'll probably end up paying $150 a month within the year. Yet online they are advertising the same unit for $64. It's a shame that reliable customers cant catch a loyalty discount. We wont be long.

He was helpful and detail oriented in my “storage onboarding” process - (also great multitasking skills) Hector explained in detail the security systems, payment protocols, contracts and alleviated any concerns I had about storing my things on site while I’m out of the country. The property was incredibly clean and well maintained! So wonderful to be going abroad knowing my things are safe and in good hands. Thank you Hector !!
