This was my first time having to lease a storage space. And I have to say that the staff at ESS, especially Jennifer, made my task relatively painless. If you need storage space, want great customer service, and staff with Zen like patience, ESS is the place to go to for storage. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you ESS ??

The manager Jennifer is absolutely awesome with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy a customer could ask for. I’m in the middle of a unit transfer and Jennifer has gone above and beyond in both making the transition smooth as well as keeping my costs to a minimum. I mean she even called me to let me know that my reserved unit went down in price! How about that! Thank you Jennifer and to your staff as well! Oh and the place is always clean when I visit too.

I have been with Extra Space for at least 6 years and I have had a number of needs taken care of professionally and timely. I highly recommend them!

4/5 stars since the AC for climate control wasn’t working when I got there. 1st time renting and first visit there. Otherwise excellent. Front help was there, stayed a few minutes past office close to make sure I got settled. Building is clean and well lit, easy access, elevators working. I will reply when I go back to check on the AC.
