The Extra Space Storage was a game-changer for me months ago and I no longer needed my unit - did the 'move out' notice online and gave Lou (or it might have been Will) a call to confirm and was super easygoing, thorough and explained the simple process of just needing to clear out - once again, a great overall staff and as a now-former customer, happy to recommend to any and all people interested in easing up their home by using them as your go-to for storage. Thank-you again Englewood Extra Space Storage team! Such a pleasure. Excellent and life-changing! Took the plunge to get a unit and one of the best decisions ever. Easy set up and contactless signup - has it all done in five minutes and immediately started using my unit. Great pricing and using the app allows me to open the gate and doors without remembering the access code. Really great all around and freed up my home from being boxed in with storage items and holiday decorations. I can finally exhale!

I am very pleased with my choice using Extra Space storage! I found the process to reserve a unit online to be very easy. When I came into see the unit, I realized it would be too small for my needs and was able to easily swap it out. The location is great, the facilities are clean, the people who also have units there are friendly. I felt safe every time I've gone to my unit at all hours of the day. The manager is incredibly kind and quick to help with anything needed.
