Great experience from start to finish. Only one hiccup but you made it right and beyond. Highly recommend if you’re looking for storage. Easy to reach a person by phone which is how I like to do business and easy to set up online as well.

Overall I had a great experience here - I’d had a storage unit for several years at this location and eventually moved away. Everything was always dry and remained clean— I wish I could say the same for my home basement- this is much better!! Sydney was so incredibly kind and helpful on the day of my moveout and helped everything go seamlessly and easily. She truly went above and beyond and I’m very grateful for her help when I realized I needed some assistance! If I didn’t live so far from this location I’d keep my unit here because the location and staff are so great. Many kind thanks all!!

The Enfield facility is clean, dry, organized, and well-kept. Manager Liz is truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to get me signed up and settled. She is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.
