Liza is wonderful! I missed a payment for July and needed to call in. At first they were not able to find my unit, and someone else’s name was on it. (Insert panic!) I was put on hold while the lovely lady went to talk to Liza, but I got disconnected. When I called back in, Liza is the one who answered. She found my account and was able to help straighten out my address being updated as well. She is funny and welcoming to talk to. One of the best costumer service experiences I’ve had in a long time!

Liz the store manger is the best!! I called online office and she called Liz to see if she can meet me and she took over the phone call and had me come right in. I am moving to Pennsylvania and just lost my mom, been stressed to the max and I literally didn’t have to do anything. She took very good care of me. I really appreciate her very much!!

The extra space rental storage unit I rented was neat, clean, and easily accessible. The rental process was entirely online, very intuitive. All the instructions were clear and concise. The payment process was electronic and easy to set up. The move out process was equally simple. All in all, the entire process was a pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to use extra space storage for any future needs.
