Cheap Storage Units in Fayetteville at 108 Skateway Dr

Decided to rent a storage unit from Extra Space Storage at 109 StorageWay Dr, Fayetteville NC on 7 Sep 2023. The Manager named James was very professional and courteous providing me with assistance in renting a storage space. The storage unit was very clean, and it was just the size I needed to store my furniture. I want to say thank you again James for your assistance. Robert T

It was a very nice experience the guy there was nice friendly, talk to me and my daughter letting us know the unit pleasent even when we leaving self stoage very helpful when was leaving i enjoy his patience he is good at his job.

Mr. Clark was very helpful. He explained their policy thoroughly for extra clarity. We were able to find a storage that was just the right size and for a reasonable rate. The unit we purchased also came with a lock which was great. Accessing the unit was super easy, yet secure. The packing boxes and materials that were available for purchase were also very convenient. However, U-haul offers the same materials but for a (slightly) cheaper price. Overall, I would recommend their service! Update: I can confirm that their service has been phenomenal, even after moving out of my unit. It was so easy to move out and I would definitely recommend them/use them again!

I 1st want to say, THANK YOU! to Mr. James in the Fayetteville NC facility out on Skateway Dr. He was the was the first agent I saw when I entered the building. I was in shambles about finding somewhere to put my belongings in during my moving process. His warm disposition & welcoming smile, he calm my nerves right on DOWN! Now a lil over a year later he is just as nice. His customer service is unmatched. I would definitely recommend Extra Storage Space (but they'd be have to go see Me. James). He is just what any customer look for when doing business.
