They followed up with me, corporate and locally, to ensure that I had all information needed to make a great decision for my moving needs. When going to the campus, I immediately noticed how the facility was clean and tidy. I appreciated the customer service with a tour of the facility by O’Neal and the thorough explanation by Sherman. I am happy to do business with Extra Space Storage again; I’m even happier to have great customer service closer to my residence!
