Cheap Storage Units in Charlotte at 1010 E 10th St

Staff is friendly and facility is nice. Only giving four stars because I wish they had more carts available per building.

Facility is convenient, clean, safe, and easy to get in and out of. Richard was great to work with.

Everyone knows that dealing with storage companies can be a real hassle. Storage units that leak, have old rusted roll down gates and are dark and dingy. Even worse employees that don't know or care about the job they do. So what do you do? Answer. Call Richard! If you want to speak to someone that is dedicated to duty. Someone that always puts the customer first. Someone that gives you options on what may best fulfill your needs, Speak with Richard. Knowledgeable, friendly, and working in your best interest all in a clean, bright and modern environment. The only way Richard could be better would be to clone him.

Door code won’t actually open with the code and you have to be manually let in, happened last week too. Last week atleast someone came and let me in after I pressed the call button and waited. This time? Nope. This needs to be fixed ASAP or atleast have someone that can let people in until it’s fixed.
