Cheap Storage Units in Charlotte at 5008 W W T Harris Blvd

I did my reservation online before moving in. The staff was super friendly and made the process so quick and easy. It was my first time renting a storage. I love how they have an elevator which made the move a lot easier. The prices are amazing as well! I would recommend Cubesmart!

My interactions with the staff have always been good/positive/professional. The facility has double security points (which is great). I have always found it clean; not a single piece of trash in the 3 years that I have been using the facility. The only area of improvement I would say would be the automatic turning on of the lights could happen faster. Not sure if the timing on that can be adjusted up. But overall, I am pleased with the facility and staff.

I have been there for over a year and its been great.

The customer services at the front desk were great. Both females that worked there were extremely helpful. They both answered all of the questions I had and made the move-in process very pleasant and easy for me. I was told about discounts and since I moved from a state that was 7 hours away it meant a lot. I am not sure about security just yet, but the beginning process went well. The units are clean and I don't know how customer service will be a few months from now because I am still new and it's my first month, but I hope it is still great. I am also happy that I can pay my bill online.
