Whitney is the store manager and sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s excellent. Thorough great follow through and if thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s any problems, I hear about it immediately. Sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a winner!

Not a very secure place. Fenceline was overgrown in the back. Some of the fence was bent down that could allow easy access to foot traffic. The gate was left open. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Storage unit was clean.

Everything was so easy to do online. They even have a no contact check in process.

I've been greeted by 3-4 different staff at Prime Storage, and each time have been treated with the utmost kindness, thoughtfulness, patience, and helpfulness! I'd never used a storage facility before and the preparations to move my possessions from my home to storage had left me overwhelmed. Your staff helped make this such a positive experience. I was greeted with an enthusiastic personality. Steve was very helpful an knowledgeable, he help set up my lock for me. I felt like I knew him already. He was also training a new employee. I forgot her name an she was warm an nice. I let my friends know. You will be getting some more business. Thanks guys!!
