Cheap Storage Units in Raleigh at 3500 Maitland Drive

I was missing a bolt on the lock on my unit so it was not completely secure. I let the front desk know so hopefully it is fixed. I would appreciate someone letting me know.

Ginny was very nice and friendly as were other I spoke with prior to being out in touch with this location. They seemed to care that they were helping out NCSU students that are young adults who are handling moving on their own.

I only have ONE issue and that is not having better parking storage. My space is on dirt and whenever it rains,then you have mud. No one wants to walk in mud and track it into there car. Gravel should have placed all over the parking area, not just a few.

I came to access my unit 10/07 not realizing that you all closed at 5 pm. I begged the manger who was standing outside to please let me,because I cold not recall my gate code. I came back the following morning and I was mad. Alice was there. I was ready to argue. After explaining what happened the day before,she asked how I would feel if someone approached me with work related stuff on my off duty time? She explained that some managers live on the property but it doesn't mean they are on call 24/7. She was so pleasant and positive I couldn't stay mad. She put me at ease and gave me my gate code. She even made me laugh at myself. She's a great lady and a great face for public storage. I would send all my friends to her!. I know I'm late putting it in,but please let her know I did the review . She is one awesome lady!!!!

Excellent customer service! Carla smiles every time I have to go into the office for anything. Thanks for brightening my day any time I need to come in!

The staff are great. We had an unexpected problem with the size of our delivery vehicle, and Carla went into high-gear helping us solve the problem. Great customer service.
