Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

For one I have never been treated with such respect and kindness ever. From the beginning of getting the storage unit till the end. Throughout the entire process. Terri McEvoy was an amazing Lead Manager who got me setup quickly and with such wealth of knowledge on how things were done and what I needed to be aware of when getting the storage unit. Terri, the Lead Manager, is amazing! I had to upgrade from a 10x10 to a 10x20 on moving day, which was also a Saturday. Although there initially were no 10x20 available, she found duplicate reservations and, in less than an hour, freed up the perfect space. It was much appreciated and I couldn’t be more grateful.
