I cannot believe what amazing customer service we received when we called to rent a storage unit from Extra Space Storage. First we talked to Stephanie who explained everything that we needed to do to with the paperwork. As I am a baby boomer, sometimes the computer and I do not get along! She was very patient as she helped me get through it and not make me feel ignorant ??. After we completed that, she asked if there was anything else that she could help me with and she really meant it! (Something you definitely don’t experience in this day and age!) Anyway after we hung up, Mike who was in charge of this facility actually called and THANKED ME for choosing Extra Space Storage!!! I about fell over!!! If you’re lucky you might get a form thank you letter, but not here! I got a very heart felt thank you from Mike! It’s sad now a days that such a simple courtesy is hardly ever used! I will highly recommend Extra Space storage even if I’m not asked about it just to say how amazing my experience was! Thanks so much!

Dear Life Storage, Ive been a customer for a few years. I have two storage units both 10 x 20. Our location (Store #307)is always clean and the help I recently received was a pleasant surprise, definitely above and beyond. My rent had just been raised to almost $300 a month on both units. When I explain that I will be looking for a house soon and that it would be a huge inconvenience to try and move my stuff to a different location to get a better price, Michael the store manager worked with me and requested that my rent stay very close to the same a while longer. It was such a releif to hear the request was approved & to not have to load everything up and move. I just want to thank him and your company for the help I recieved this week. Michael was so nice when he helped with my lock (lost my keys for one unit) and rate hike situation. Im now able to stay put a while longer and we’re hoping to buy a house after our November 15th retirement date. I will always recommend your facility to anyone needing storage.
