Cheap Storage Units in Minneapolis at 1227 E Hennepin Ave

Abdi is an amazing manager. He didn’t know when to stop helping us. He is a true gem. The facility is clean, well organized and easy access off 35w. This is the best storage place we’ve seen. Old and well renovated. Low key but secure. Everything we were looking for. UPDATE AFTER 6 MONTHS Maintenance needs to improve. 2/3 overhead doors have been “out of order” for many months. One has been outbid order for a year. Needed to lower my stars because they don’t really seem to care.

It’s really hard to find great customer service nowadays, but I can’t express enough how much Joe has made my experience enjoyable. I was concerned about my bill’s monthly increase, and Joe assured me he’d look into it and give me a call back. He did just that! I was notified that everything was handled, and in fact, he decreased my monthly bill from what it was before! Honestly, if you’re in need of some extra space in the Twin Cities, look no further – it’s really a steal! ??

Have our 2nd student at the U...this made the most sense to store his items for summer and study abroad! I have to say from beginning to end they made this so pleasant, ultra convenient, safe location and monitoring, climate controlled, clean and reasonable rates. We got text and email reminders before moving in, easy payment process. They sell items like mattress covers and boxes right on site, even helpful tips about the weather on move-in day! A big shout out to the young folks who manage and work here who made a stressful time driving all the way from Chicago to moving made super easy! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ultra Minnesota-NICE!
