Booked a space on my way from New York with my loads and got a space allocated before I got to the other state I was relocating to . Very easy transition for me thanks to extra storage . All was done on phone

The staff members are friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and had plenty of carts to assist with moving in and moving out.

I had a great experience @ the owings mill’s location as a first time renter with the onsite worker Ms Adrian Davis she was very patient and helpful very great customer service. Thanks again

Great customer service, clean, easy to access, better price than other storage places.

Recently visited just to check the spacing of available units, as well as pricing but left with a new set of keys thanks to Charday. She really has the “gift of gab” because I definitely didn’t expect to make a decision that day, but I couldn’t pass up a great deal with great customer service. Don’t see much of that nowadays…
