Cheap Storage Units in Rockville at 14690 Southlawn Lane

There was a misunderstanding… I asked for temperature controlled first floor ideally unit but was given a drive up instead. Also was informed the price could increase 3-4 x in a year by the manager but another person i asked using the main number said maybe once in a year and not that much ($20 maybe); manager suggested it could be significant and “storage unit is a luxury”. I remember when price increase was reasonable and yearly. Now it seems we consumers are constantly moving from storage to storage facility due to unethical price gouging. I still remain hopefully this won’t be the case and will update my review if it does to reflect it to inform the public. Otherwise the reservation process easy, signing leases ( by phone also) easy, manager afable and professional.

Excellent storage facility. Clean, like new.Very well kept. Manager Paul Broadstone is very nice and very helpful.We can recommend this facility without hesitation.

Shane, the specialist that helped me was wonderful. He answered all my questions because this was my first time renting a storage I had lots of questions. He was so patient with me and knowledgeable. Great experience.

I was impressed the second I walked in. I was greeted right away by the manager Paul who personally walked me around the facility and showed me how things worked. The location is extremely clean and well kept. Ami in the front office made quick with the paperwork and I was on my way before I knew it. I feel very comfortable storing my family items at this location.
