The facility was clean, the Manager was very kind, showing my husband and me the facility and the process of how everything worked; she answered all our questions. The price was fair and the promo of first month free was helpful. The Call Center Representative was extremely kind and knowledgeable as well, he walked me through the billing process which was quick and efficient. My entire experience was comfortable and pleasant.

It was easy to rent the container. Customer service was great, and the facility was very clean. Move in was fast, and the provided available cart made moving everything in much easier.

Very clean and organized. Easy access. Price could be better for uncovered parking though. Facility seems secure and safe. Would be nice if they had covered RV parking because they have plenty of room for it.
