Cheap Storage Units in Stoneham at 95 Montvale Ave

Dennis is the best I ever met

We rented a unit on Montvale Ave. stoneham, MA. When we got there we realized we needed a bigger unit. Ut became confusing for us because we were unsure of it all. All I can say is we were very happy Jeremy was working that day. He was extremely patient , very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was so polite. He made a nerve wracking situation so much better. Thank you Jeremy!!!

My wife asked that the customer service person to assign a storage unit closer to the elevator as she is 6 months pregnant and has to access the unit before and after the baby is born. The unit couldn't be physically any further away. There is lack of signage at this location, so we walked around trying to find the entrance, once we got in, we could not find our unit. This entire process took about 30 minutes. We could not find the 3 trolleys that you have for the largest location I have ever been to. You need to put an entrance sign up and indicate teh units you can access from the 6 doors you have! The location in Quincy is the worst set up that you guys have, there is no gate code, there is no gate! You have to put the code into the front door and the elevator every time you need to use it.
