Cheap Storage Units in Indianapolis at 4305 W 86th Street

First I would like to say that I wish there was an additional star I could add in rating this facility and its employees, especially Ms. Jo! I would really rate her above and beyond customer service requirements. I came by public storage about a week ago responding to a Craigslist Add for an Office Space for Rent. When I got there, there was about 3-5 Inches of Snow on the ground from that morning. The only employee I found there at the front desk was Ms. Jo! She was welcoming, Professional, Nice and you name it. She gave me all the details that I needed for the office but I asked her if I could see the actual office. In my head, I'm thinking she will probably tell me "oh I'm sorry, we can't show you anything because of snow." BUT to my surprise, Ms. Jo's response and attitude blew my mind. Ms. Jo responded, "I will be more than happy to show you one!" She took the time to put her winter gears, got in the car and drove to the actual unit/office space. When we got a the front door, she took the time to shovel the snow so I can be able to access the office and view it. I was blown away. I was in my car looking at this beautiful lady shoveling. I was like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW! THIS IS WHAT I MEAN BY EXCELLENT AND SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. Because of this, I decided to not only get the office suite but also rent a storage unit at this location. I hope the whole world will see this and call this location to do business with. People like JO deserve a promotion, a raise and even a public recognition. That's why I actually decided to write a review. I AM SO GLAD THAT I WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PARTICULAR PUBLIC STORAGE LOCATION on W. 86th Street, Indianapolis. Once again thank you Jo! I have been a tenant at Public Storage since 1993 when it was Shurgard. I have always had pleasurable experiences with all aspects of being a tenant. I have also attended many auctions with profitable outcomes. Sherri Black at the 4306 West 86th store and always been very knowledgeable and friendly in dealing with any and all of my issues.

I just finished using the folks at Public Storage. We stored some documents at the site for a few years. The people that I worked with (Sherri) were always cheerful and responsive when I had questions about billing, etc. It is nice to work with polite and professional people. Thanks.

I was very happy with my experience at public storage. I ran in quickly on a lunch break to get some moving supplies and Sherri had me in and out in 15 minutes with everything I needed. She even reminded me that it would be raining the next day while I moved so I could get couch and mattress covers. Without that reminder we might have ruined our furniture! Sherri was very courteous and helpful and the store was clean and well organized.

I've been really pleased with the facilities and service here, as well as the convenience. We had a short term space last summer, so when I needed a place to store my new camper, I knew where I wanted to go. Not only did they have the perfect space for me, but Jo saved the day by helping me wrestle my new cover into place when I was by myself. I could not have done it without her, and we got it done just before dark and more precipitation. Thanks, Jo!

Jo was very helpful in always answering any questions that I had. I was able to easily move from my original storage unit to a bigger one when it was needed. I was able to find the packing supplies that I needed easily and without a huge cost. I will definitely consider using them again should I have a need for additional storage.
