Tamara and Fred have both been friendly, courteous, helpful, and efficient. I have mostly interacted with Tamara, who is your MODEL facility manager. I have observed her in interactions with others, while I wait my turn. With all personality types, she is courteous, helpful, patient, and gets the situation taken care of.

Its an excellent storage facility..I like it due to its climate controlled, and the staff are friendly and professional. Its very accessible to where I live; but I am relocating so I have to transfer to another storage facility.

This place has all the right features plus the helpfulness of the staff makes this a good place for me.
