Cheap Storage Units in Des Plaines at 1723 Busse Hwy

UPDATE: After posting reviews, the owner sent an email delaying the price increase for 3 months until 07/01/23. While I appreciate the offer, I'm still unsure why the company can't implement a business model that accurately predicts costs in order to maintain rates at or near the level first rented. Thanks for extending the date and I hope the July increase will be a more reasonable amount. Cheers. Buyer beware. It is standard procedure for this Public Storage location to arbitrarily raise its rates by significant percentages. I've only been in my storage locker since mid-October 2022 and they just raised my rate from $196 to $268 (37% increase in less than 6 months). There are MANY Better Business Bureau complaints against Public Storage for this practice but the company couldn't care less about its customers based upon their canned response. I will definitely be looking for alternative storage options as I don't support unethical shady business practices. This particular facility is very clean & well run but its "bait & switch" tactic should be illegal. I forecast a class-action lawsuit in the future.

Helped my buddy move otherd day n several days !! But have to say outta mist places n been a few over years lady who worked there 1 of the friendliest n most helpful my buddy had a problem somebody else did when sighing up for unit initially not sure but mary? MARIA !! I THINK TOOK CARE OF IN MINS LITERALLY FIXED ALL N SHOWED N MOVED W US 1 TO ANOTHER UNIT GREAT GIRL !!! OTHER THAN THAT NERD FEW MORE LIKE HER THERE AND MIRE STINKIN CARTS BUT LADY THERE MAKES ALL BETTET MY BUDDY N I ALWAYS JOKIN W HER WHEN SHES THERE. MORE CARTS !
