At the last minute, Terry was able to help us reach the customer service line and resolve a billing issue we had right there on the spot. Extremely friendly,, and very helpful. Had I known Terry was there, I would have stored my items there all along!

I have never experienced such a professional atmosphere in any other public storage I have visited. Why your probably thinking? Carmen an employee that I might add was a pleasure to meet. She knew her stuff..she was very informative, professional, and polite. If your thinking to rent space, better hope that Carmen is working. She ask if I can do this review and I felt it was the least I can do. Thank you for helping me on the box sizes I needed.

At the last minute I needed storage for my impending move and site managers Terry and Carmen went above and beyond to help me find the right size to fit my moving needs. They were right on time!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I now feel at ease and my move will be easy peasy.
